Marble brownies with cream cheese

Chocolate and cream cheese are two of my fav ingredients in a recipe. That’s why I love these marble brownies. There are plenty of box versions, there not bad. But, who whats powder cream cheese? Brownies should be moist and chewy.

Brownie batter
1 stick of butter
2 ounces of unsweetened chocolate chopped
1 cup of sugar
2 large eggs
2/3cup of flour

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

cream cheese batter

Cheesecake batter
1 cup of cream cheese softened
1/3 cup of sugar
1 large egg yolk
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Pre-heat oven at 350.Brownie- Spray or butter pan. In saucepan, heat butter, on low heat.Then add chocolate well whisking occasionally, until melted. Remove from heat and whisk in sugar,eggs, vanilla and a pinch of salt whisk well.Then add flour and whisk well again. Pour brownie batter into baking pan.

Cheesecake batter- Whisk together cream cheese ingredients in small bowl until smooth. Drop spoonfuls of it onto the brownie batter.Then swirl around using a knife.

let cool

Bake for 25-30 mins {small round pan} or until edges are slightly puffed and center is set. Don’t over bake. Let cool. optional– Sprinkle powder sugar over plate, place brownies on plate and drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
