S’mores brownies

S’mores brownies

I will admit that I am a Chocolate freak , so most of my favorite treats have chocolate in it. Warning : these s’mores have dark chocolate and very gooey. So if you don’t like gooey s’mores look away. :]

3 large eggs

1 1/4  cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of vanilla  extract
1 cup of butter
2  cups of sugar
1 1/cups of king arthur  flour
2 cups of dark  chocolate chips or finely chop dark chocolate
1 package of mini marshmallows
1/4 cup of heavy cream
{opt. chocolate syrup}

Graham crackers firmly press

Pour brownie mixture on top of crackers

sprinkle a few marshmallow on top

Graham cracker layer
8-10 honey graham crackers
4 tablespoons of butter

Pre heat oven at 325. Finely crush Crackers and place in bowl. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter combine both mix until moist and firmly press in 12 1/4 x 8 1/4baking pan { that’s what I used or the pan of your choice} so that’s it’s a thin layer and chill for an hour. { most recipes bake the crust for a few mins. its really up to you. Crack 3 eggs in bowl, and beat them with cocoa, salt, baking powder , butter and  vanilla til it’s smooth.Add in flour until well blended.I n small saucepan on low, heat heavy cream and add chocolate until melted, set aside to mildly cool. Then add to mixture until smooth. Then pour on top of graham cracker layer, take a few marshmallows spread on top and place pan in the middle rack. Full bake time is 25-37 mins,{marshmallow are going to be  brown and deflated don’t worry its fine.}Gooey alert: 10 mins before baking time ends place a few more marshmallow on top and place in oven until baked {you can do the tooth pick test and make sure it comes out clean} Gooey alert 2: once fresh out the add more marshmallow as many or less as you want. I like to add chocolate syrup over the marshmallow or mini chips. It’s all up to you. Let cool and enjoy.
