|Chocolate cream cheese pie|
I love no bake desserts. This recipe is so easy and delicious.
1 1/2 cups of confectioners sugar
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
2 cups of frozen non- dairy whipped topping thawed
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
6 mini graham cracker crust or chocolate graham cracker crust

|blend cream cheese and cocoa sugar mixture until fluffy|
In medium bowl, sift together confectioner’s sugar and cocoa powder and set aside. In large bowl with a mixer at low speed , beat cream cheese until fluffy. Slowly add cocoa and powder sugar mixture and beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla extract, blending well.Spoon cream cheese mixture in mini pie crust. Chill for 3 or 4 hours or until firm. I crushed some graham crackers and sprinkled a little on each. Then drizzled caramel and chocolate on top. You garnish however you want. Enjoy.
