Cinnamon sugar coated donut holes

It was a little chilly this morning N.Y.C today, so I started off with a big cup of tea and plan my Sunday meal. last week my favorite t.v night was AWESOME !
Amazing race: people jumping off bridges for 2 million dollars
Revenge:Charlotte stuck in rehab, victoria hiding in a cabin, Jack and emily still not together.
666 park ave.: New show. Very creepy and weird. But I kinda like it.
The real housewifes N.J.:Teresa is nuts. Nothing is ever her fault and everybody is jealous of her.
Homeland: Brody is a congressman, his daughter accidently blurt out in school that he is a muslim. He finally tells  his wife that he really is one.She finds his quran throws it on the floor, he buries it out of respect. Carries is teaching ESL when the CIA ask her back for one mission.{don’t do girl it’s trouble}
Sunday night dinner: Stew chicken with veggies.
Sunday night dessert: Cinnamon-sugar coated donut holes
Ingredients
1 can {16. 3 oz.}Pillsbury grands flaky layer biscuits
2 cups of of oil
1/2 cup of sugar
2-3 tbsp. of cinnamon
Not that perfected but, it’s o.k
Golden brown
Cinnamon and sugar
Nicely coated
In a deep fryer or 2 quart heavy saucepan heat oil at 350. Separate dough into 8 biscuits. You can use a small cookie cutter, cut 3 holes out of each biscuit. Or if you don’t have a cookie cutter, using kitchen scissors  cut biscuit in 3 pieces and foam into balls.{ If you let it sit for 2-3 mins they rise a bit} Lightly place 3-4 holes in hot oil. Fry on each side until  golden brown, lightly turn with tongs. Place on cooling rack for 3-4 mins. In bowl place cinnamon and sugar and shake so cinnamon and sugar is well blended. While holes are still warm, add to the bowl, turn and coat each hole until all of them are covered. I will eat these with another big cup of tea. Enjoy.
