Dark chocolate bundt cake

Dark chocolate ring of delight

I hope everybody had a wonderful safe holiday. And happy eating, because I did.  With my crazy family we ate so much food we couldn’t move. All I can remember is: food, basketball, drinks, laughs, family.
One of the dessert I made is ” dark chocolate ring of delight”.
Moist dark chocolate bundt cake with a delightful chocolate glaze.

Ingredients
Cake
2 cups of sugar
1 3/4 cup of all purpose flour
3/4 cup of hershey’s special dark chocolate powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of boiling water
Glaze
1 1/2 of chopped semi- chocolate
1 can of sweet condensed milk
2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoon of butter
Heat oven to 350 . Grease bundt pan. Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla: beat together with mixer for two minutes. Stir in boiling water {batter will become thinner} Pour in bundt pan. Bake for 25-35 mins or until toothpick comes out clean{yep old skool.} I like to let cool for over 30 min before removing from pan. Place on cooling rack or chopping block.  In med. saucepan simmer milk for 2-3 mins. Then mix in chocolate, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Remove from heat and let set for a few mins. Then pour chocolate glaze over cake. You can let it set for a few mins before serving or placing on serving dish.
