Sunday night dessert:  Cinnamon roll cake

I don’t know where I got this recipe from but, it’s sooo  goood ! If you love cinnamon rolls or buns this is a different take on it. Some make this to eat with breakfast but, I  usually eat it for dessert. My nephew loves
it. It’s quicker ans easier then making homemade cinnamon rolls.

Cake mixture

Drop cinnamon mixture on top of cake mixture

With butter knife swirl around pan

Pour glaze over cake

1 1/2 of cup of milk
3 cups and 2 tablespoons of flour
1 cup sugar
4  teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoon of vanilla
1/2 of teaspoon of butter extract
1 cup of brown sugar
1 1/2 of butter
1 tablespoon of cinnamon

2 cups of powdered sugar
5 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract

In large bowl mix together, 3 cups of flour, salt, eggs,  sugar, baking powder, vanilla and butter extracts.. Melt 1/2 cup of the butter and gently add to cake mixture. Pour into baking pan lightly  greased pan. { I used a 8×8 pan. You can use 8 or 9 inch pan.} In small bowl, mix together 1 cup of softened butter, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour and cinnamon. Drop lightly on top of cake mixture. With a butter knife swirl evenly around the pan and for 25-34 mins. Remove from oven and let cool for a few mins.

Glaze toppings

Mix together the powdered sugar and milk. Pour cake while it’s still warm. Then eat.
