Red velvet Truffles

I melted some red wafer chips and drizzle with fork.

The things you can do with leftover are awesome .All you need is some crumbled  red velvet,cream cheese frosting

Ingredients


2-3 cups of red velvet cake crumbs
14 oz. bag of white chocolate 
1 can of cream cheese frosting





It’s time drizzle



In a large bowl, crumble cake up into a large bowl. Soften frosting in microwave for 10 seconds. Roll mixture into walnut size balls then  place on parchment paper or wax paper on cookie sheet. Make sure ball have no cracks in them, if they do they will crumble when you dip in chocolate. 
Place on  cookie sheet in refrigerator to chill for 15 – 20 mins. Place white chocolate in a small,deep microwave safe bowl.  Microwave  in 30 second bursts, stirring each time until completely melted. It should cover spoon but, still be able to drip slowly off. If coating is to thick add shortening or vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon at a time.

Remove cake balls from the refrigerator and start dipping .Take two forks or dipping tools, dip one ball in with fork and with the other cover ball with chocolate. Make sure its covered well. Repeat until all balls are covered and stick back in fridge until ready to serve .
