Funfetti cake batter fudge

I love making this recipe with kids, they love it so much. I can’t lie I love the smell of the vanilla, butter and cake mix smell when it comes out of the microwave. SOOO Goood. You can use a yellow or white cake mix and add your own sprinkles. Since its Easter there’s a bunch of cute sprinkles you can buy for your children to tried.The decorative sprinkles should be use for a topping.

2 cups confetti or funfetti  of cake mix
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups of white chocolate chips
1 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
1  stick of butter cut into pieces
Extra  for the topping sprinkles

Mix together cake mix and sugar in a large bowl. Add milk and butter{ Don’t stir them}
and place in microwave for 2 mins. Take out  and mix the rest of the ingredients together as soon as it comes out { not the extra sprinkles} then fold in chips. You don’t want to over mix because the confetti from the cake mix sometimes bleeds so be careful. Spoon mixture in a
 foiled 9 x 9 pan or 8 x 8 pan and sprinkle the extra sprinkles over the top. Chill for 2 hours and serve.
