Black russian cake with Kahlua frosting

Hello everyone, I hope everybody have a wonderful and safe holiday. I a little late with this post today but, I hope you like my version of black russian cake. With a Kahlua frosting.

Cake


1 box of yellow cake mix
1 box of chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
1/2  cups of sugar
1 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of vodka
1/4 cup of kahlua liquer
3/4 cups of water
3 drops of black food coloring {opt.} For extreme effect.



Kahlua frosting

8 oz. cream cheese (I use reduced fat), softened
4 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of kahlua
1 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of clear vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of vodka
2 tablespoons of marshmallow fluff

1.In microwave cup, heat marshmallow fluff on high for a few seconds, take out and set aside.

2.Blend together the cream cheese and butter with an electric mixer. Mix in the Kahlua, powdered sugar, extract, marshmallow fluff and beat.

3. Slowly add vodka and beat until smooth. And set aside




Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 
2.Mix all cake ingredients in a large bowl with an electric
 mixer until smooth. 
3.Spray a bundt pan with pam, and pour in batter. Cook for 
about 40 minutes until you can poke the cake with a 
toothpick and it comes out clean
4.Let cool COMPLETELY, then turn upside-down onto a 
plate or wire rack.
5.Then pour frosting  over cake and serve when ready.
