Biscoff spread cookies

Happy cookie Friday foodies ! Biscoff spread cookies are on the menu today.
My is sister is a big fan of the original Biscoff cookies and use to  buy a bulk of the cookies on Amazon.
And if you went to sleep, while siting next to her on the airplane your cookies would disappear.
So this is her favorite recipe, and it’s very easy recipe to make.
It’s a basic sugar cookie dough recipe and 3-4 tablespoons of the Biscoff spread added to it.
I like to serve it while it’s still warm with some vanilla ice cream. Yum !
