Makes: 16-20 cookies

2 3/4 cups of flour
1 1/4 cups of butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla
2 cups of sugar
3 tablespoons of Biscoff spread
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 large egg
1.Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla extract in large bowl. Mix together well until creamy.
2. Add one egg at a time. Stir in flour, salt and baking powder mix together until dough stiffens a little and form into a giant ball.
3.Add in 3 tablespoons of biscoff spread with spoon and
gently stir until you see a swirl of the spread rippling through the dough. Chill for an hour.
4.Preheat oven at 350. Once chilled, form into balls and place on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. With the palm of your hand or bottom of a glass, press down on each ball. Cook for 10-13 mins. or until a light golden brown. Take out and cool before serving.
