Mini cinnamon chocolate monkey bread {Two single serving}

I have a delicious great date night treat for two !
If you have kids then you know it’s hard to get some quality time with your love one. Set a date night, put the kids to and make this awesome treat for two.

Two delicious single servings of cinnamon chocolate monkey bread.
All you need : 1 mini bundt pan
                       1 cup of melted chocolate
                       1 package of Pillsbury cinnamon roll


That’s it simple and easy.
You can also add a little whiskey or bourbon to it to give it a special kick.


Ingredients
2 mini bundt pan
1 Pillsbury grands cinnamon roll
1 cup of melted chocolate

1. Preheat oven at 325. Spray each bundt pan with pam.
Open and separate so you have each roll individually. Cut rolls into smalls pieces, place into both mini pans .
2.Bake for 12-14 mins. Take out and let cool for a few mins.
3. Remove from pans gently and place on a chopping block.

4.Drizzle white icing {It comes with the cinnamon package} over mini monkey bread. Let it set for 4 mins.
5. Next pour melted chocolate over it. Place on serving dish and eat while still warm. Enjoy.

For special kick add 2-3 tablespoon of bourbon or whiskey and drizzle over mini treats.

Chocolate Banana Bread

I hoped Everyone enjoy superbowl. I’m still a little sick. Please, everyone enjoy my Chocolate banana bread.

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened, plus more for the pan
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted
2 large eggs
3 very ripe bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Butter a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking 
powder, and salt in a large bowl. In another bowl, cream the butter until lightened, then beat in the chocolate, 
eggs, bananas, and vanilla. Stir in the dry ingredients just until combined; do not over beat.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake until a toothpick stuck into the center of the bread comes out almost 
clean, 50 to 60 minutes.  Transfer the pan to a rack and cool for at least 15 minutes before unmolding it.

Cinnamon crumble muffins with drops of caramel

Sunday night dessert:Cinnamon crumble muffins

O.k , so this is not exactly a evening dessert . Maybe a snack ? For me I eat them anytime of the day or night, Time has no meaning when it comes to something delicious.

Ingredients 

1 cup of sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
4 cups of flour
2 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
4 eggs
2 cups of buttermilk
1 stick of butter
5 caramel candy melted

Crumble topping
2 tablespoon of melted butter
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2/3 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of flour

Crumble- In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix gently with fork to make large crumbs.

Heat your oven to 400 F (200 C), and either grease a muffin tin, or line it with muffin cups.
In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, then stir in the apples. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter together. Gently add the wet mix to the dry, stir together until just combined, be careful to not over-mix.  Spoon the mixture into the muffin tins, filling about 3/4 full, then top each muffin with the crumble topping. Bake in the oven until a toothpick test comes out clean (for large muffins about 30 – 35 minutes, regular sized, about 16 – 20 minutes). Allow the muffins to cool slightly before removing them from the tin, then place them on a wire rack to cool completely.

Sunday Night Dessert: Maple-Bourbon Sauce on cinnamon monkey bread

 Maple-Bourbon sauce. A nice rich and dark color.
Pour one or two shots or over cinnamon monkey bread.
                                 

I will eat this while I’m watching football today and after football.I simply love this sweet dessert treat for anytime of the day really.  Pour the maple-bourbon sauce over each serving  individually. That way you can add as little or as much you would like. 

Ingredients

  • 3 cans cinnamon rolls
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar

Maple-Bourbon Sauce

1/2 cup high quality bourbon
1/2 cup high-grade (grade C) maple syrup
Pour bourbon in pan and cook on high heat to burn off the liquor a bit. When the liquor produces a flame, cover with a large lid to stop the fire. Add the maple syrup and let cook until thicker consistency. Make sure to not cook the sauce too long or it will burn. Serve warm. Once monkey bread is out of pan
Spoon over monkey bread individually.



Preheat oven to 400°.Grease bunt pan with non-stick spray.Combine sugar and cinnamon in large Ziploc bag. Open can of cinnamon buns, cut each roll in two. Roll each piece into a ball and put Ziploc bag. Shake bag to coat each ball thoroughly. Press each coated dough ball into bunt pan. 
In microwave safe bowl, microwave butter and brown sugar for one minute. Stir to dissolve sugar. Pour over dough balls. Bake for 20-25 minutes – the outside will be lightly brown. Let monkey bread stand in bunt pan for 5 minutes before inverting onto plate.

It took me awhile to actually figure out what to call this. There are a couple of  names for this treat, monkey bread, pull apart loaf. You can call it anything it’s gonna be yummy.

What you need: 1 regular size loaf pan
                           1 Pillsbury grands cinnamon roll

Pre heat oven 350 and butter loaf pan

Pillsbury cinnamon rolls

Cut in small pieces

Layer smalls pieces 

Let sit  just a couple of mins

Open and separate so you have each roll individually. Cut rolls into smalls pieces, place a couple of pieces in the bottom of the pan.{the dough will rise} Repeated layers . Bake in oven for 20- 25 mins. Let set for 4-5 mins.{ You want to serve warm} Pour icing on top and enjoy.
