Cookie friday: Oreo cheesecake pudding cookies
I love these cookies and kids love making them and eating it.. They are super moist and delicious, it’s like two cookies in one. A sugar cookie mix with an Oreo . Oreo’s make everything great. Enjoy my dessert foodies and have a great weekend !

Preheat oven 375
Prep time 2- 1/2 hr.
Makes about 25-30 cookies

1 package of sugar cookie mix
1/2 of cheesecake pudding
1 box of Oreo pudding
2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 tablespoon of flour
1 package of Oreo crushed

1. In a large bowl, place sugar cookie mix, add straight from the box both puddings. And follow directions from cookie mix and blend .

2.Add in vanilla extract {add in 3 or tablespoons of  flour if dough is to sticky.} Then add  a 1/2-1 cup of crushed oreos and chill batter for 2 hours.

3 Lightly spray cookie sheet with pam spray and preheat oven at 375. Roll dough into balls and place on cookie sheet leaving enough space between balls.

4.Take remainig crushed Oreos and sprinkle a few on top of each ball, once crumbs are on all the dough balls flatten
balls with the palm of your hand or the bottom of a glass cup.{lightly dust palm of hand or glass cup if it sticks}
  And bake for 8-12 mins. DO NOT OVER BAKE.

5.Take out and cool. And serve when ready .

Oreo Cheesecake milk shake

I’m in new york city and it’s extremely hot today ! So, today’s post is something that will cool you off.
Oreo ‘cheesecake milk shake thick and creamy ! AHHH…… so good. Low-fat ice cream and milk.
With  neufchatel cream cheese. Quick, easy and delicious !
Enjoy !


12-15 Oreo cookies 
2 cups of low-fat milk
2 cups of low-fat ice cream
4 oz. {1/2 of 8-oz. package} neufchatel cheese, cubed, softened
1 tsp of vanilla extract


1 Chop 4 Oreo finely and set aside.
2.Take remaining cookies and place in blender. Then add milk, ice cream, cream cheese and vanilla and blend until smooth.
3.Pour into each glass and top with chopped cookies . Serve immediately.

Fudge Brownie cheesecake bites

Calling all choc-o-holics !
Do you have the monday blues? Looking for just a little something with  chocolate. Do you need something to jump start your week? Well I have something fudgy and delicious to get you going tonight. {Yes, I will be eating this tonight while i’m watching miami play.} Fudge brownie cheesecake bites. That’s will help you.  Try it, let me know how you like it. 

Pan size:9 x 9
Bake: 20-25 mins
Overall Time: 2 Hrs 30 Mins


6 tablespoons of unsalted butter
6 of dark chocolate finely chopped
1/4 tablespoon of salt
1 cup of cream cheese softened 
3/4 cup of sugar
3 eggs
2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of sour cream
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
3/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
chocolate sprinkles

1. preheat oven at 350 . Grease 9 x 9 inch baking pan.

2.In large bowl set over pan of simmering water, melt butter
with chocolate until smooth . Remove from heat and whisk
in salt, 3/4 sugar, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of vanilla and sour cream. Add flour, cocoa, and baking powder to bowl and whisk until smooth. Drop blots of batter into pan, don’t spread.

3.In large bowl, stir cream cheese with remaining 4 tablespoons of sugar until smooth with no lumps. Whisk in remaining egg. Drop blots of cheesecake batter into pan in any of the empty spots or crevices.

4.Using a butter knife or offset spatula, swirl batter together. Bake until just set, 20-25 mins. Let cool in pan for 1 hour.
Sprinkle sprinkles on top. Cut into bites and serve.

Caramel cheesecake dip

This is a quick and easy delicious dip recipe. You can serve it with fruit or shortbread cookies. Its a perfect party snack.

1 cup of cream cheese {soft}
1/2 cup of cool whip
1 teaspoon of vanilla
3 oz.  caramel
1 teaspoon of powdered sugar


1. In a bowl mix together with a mixer, cream cheese and cool whip until it’s smooth with no lumps.
2. Add in sugar, vanilla and caramel. Again, mix together until nice and smooth.
3. Chill until ready to serve. I add extra caramel drizzle when serving. 

Double chocolate chip cheesecake

This is a very easy cheesecake recipe . The hardest part is waiting for it to chill. I used  vanilla wafers for the crust which I love. There’s something about the smell of vanilla wafers and butter I just love. For the the topping is an easy zig zig effect with two squirt bottles. You can get it  from amazon , michaels or .99 stores.
Melt both chocolates pour in bottles, start with the chocolate then the white chocolate. Place cheesecake in front of you in angle, and squeeze, while squeezing move hands one side to the next back and forth. Do the same with the white chocolate, sprinkle both chips on  top and chill.

Pan:  9×9 pan  Bake: 40 mins  Chill: 3 hours

2  packages of 8 oz. of cream cheese softened
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract
2 eggs
1   cups of chocolate chips
2 cups of finely crushed vanilla wafers

1 1/2 Vanilla wafers
5 Tablespoons butter, melted

Mix finely crushed cookies, and  melted butter until blended, press onto bottom of pan and bake for 5-6 mins.

Preheat oven at 350 . Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer on med. speed until well blended . Then add eggs, and mix until it is blended all together. Stir in half a cup of chips. Pour into crust and  onto top and bake for 40 mins or until center is almost set.  Take out and set aside. And make topping

Once cheesecake is out the oven, melt 1 1/4 cup  chocolate and 1 cup of white. {save 1/4 cup  of white chips later} Drizzle chocolate {in squirt bottles} in zig zag design, one chocolate at a time. Then take remaining white chips and sprinkle over the top. Chill for 3 hours.

Chocolate chip cheesecake cookie bars

This is a family fav. I make these cookie bars every couple of weeks for family gatherings and they are as soon as I take them out of the fridge. I usually make them with the kiddies, which they love helping.
The only problem is you have to chill them for 2 hours. Which is a lifetime to them. Then I have to fight the adults off firsts dibs. I used a clear vanilla  extract for the cream cheese mixture. It’s a easy recipe and really delicious .

spread cream cheese mixture of 1 half of dough
Sprinkle the rest of the dough over cream cheese

Cool for 30 mins then chill for 2 hours


package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups of of cookie dough{See chocolate chip cookies recipe or use frozen store brought}
1 teaspoon of clear vanilla  extract  

Preheat oven at 350  Pan size- 9 or 8 inch 
In small bowl, beat cream cheese,sugar and egg,with mixer, until smooth.
In a square pan, split in half the cookie dough. With lightly floured hands press half of the dough evenly
in the bottom of the pan. Then spread cream cheese mixture on top of dough. Crumble remaining dough over cream cheese mixture and bake for 35- 40 mins or until lightly golden brown.
Take out and cool for about 30 mins. Then chill in fridge for 2 hours.

No Bake Oreo cream cheese Cups

No bake oreo cream  cheese  cups

                                 Oreo cheesecake cups are fun and easy, kids will love this treat.

Double stuff oreos
Finely crushed oreos

firmly press onto bottom of the cups

1 package of oreos
1/2 stick of butter
1 1/2 cup of cream cheese soft
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of cool whip

Spoon mixture in cups

Take 12- 15 oreos and finely crush and mix with melted butter. Then firmly press onto bottom of baking cups. Refrigerate for an hour. Take the rest of the cookies and coarsely chop{set aside a few pieces}. Beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until blended. Fold in chopped cookies and cool whip. Spoon over cookie crust and refrigerate for 4 hours .When chilled, sprinkle remaining pieces { a little or alot} over the top. Enjoy.
