Golden Oreo Blondies 

Who’s in the mood for something soft , chewy and  gooey ! I love making these golden oreo blondies.  It”s a little bit of yummy gooey delight !

Pour batter in ramekins and sprinkle oreo’s on top
Bake time: 20 mins
Prep time: 12-15 mins
Pan :  Ramekins
makes : 5-10 blondies 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  •  
  • 1 cup of tightly packed dark brown sugar
  •  
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  •  
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  •  
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  •  
  • 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda
  •  
  • 1 package of golden oreos
  •  
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  •  
1/2 cup of butterscotch 
  •  
 Directions 

1 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 4 ounce

 ramekins. Whisk together the melted butter and

 sugar in a bowl.

2 Add the egg and vanilla extract and whisk.

3 Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and

 salt, mix it all together. 

4 Pour into ramekins and spread evenly.Sprinkle

crushed golden oreo’s on top of batter. Bake for 12-

19 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow

to cool before removing. {spoon around sides if it 

sticks} Drizzle butterscotch over blondies .

Candy loaded cookies are the best, my kids love them . So I used mini M&M’s and snowcaps, there favorites, and a chocolate cocoa powder or dark cocoa powder. A great after school treat with a tall glass of milk. Soft and chewy dark chocolate candy loaded cookies is a great way to end the week or day . Have a great cookie Friday weekend !

Bake time 7-9 minutes
Prep time 1 hr. 15 mins
makes about 20-25 cookies

Ingredients 

1 cup of sugar
2 sticks of butter softened 
3/4 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 1/4 cup of bread flour
1/3 cup of cocoa
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of salt
1 3/4 cup of mini M&M’s 
2 boxes of snowcaps candy

Directions 

1.Preheat oven at 350

2.In large bowl, cream together butter and both sugars until well blended. Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix to until well combine.

3.In a separate bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder,baking soda and salt. Slowly add these ingredients into butter mixture and stir to combine.

4.Fold in m&m’s and snowcaps and chill dough for an hour. 

5.Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto grease cookie sheet 2 inches apart bake for 7-9 mins. {take a few of the m&m’s and snowcaps and and place on top on dough balls }

6. Take out and cool.

 is the first recipe I posted 1 year ago. {So anniversary to me !}
Name after my nephew, the self-proclaim 
cookie junkie, like myself.
I created this recipe for him, because, he wanted a cookie that was, soft, big, chewy, moist and delicious.

Preheat oven at 350
Bake 9-12 mins
Prep. time 1 hour 20 mins

Ingredients 

2 1/4 cups of cake flour
2 cups of brown sugar 
2 cups of butter 
1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract or butter extract
2 large eggs 
1 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 baking power 
1 package of chocolate chips 
1 tablespoon of milk

Directions 

1.Preheat oven at 350. Cream together butter, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Mix together well until creamy.


2. Add one egg at a time. Stir in flour, salt and baking powder. Mix until dough stiffens a little. Mix chips a little at a time. Chill for an hour

3.Shape into smalls balls, place on cookie sheet. 
Bake for 9-12 mins.or until golden around the edges, but soft in the middle.{ It might look slightly under baked}

4. Take out and cool. Serve when ready.

Makes about 20 cookies
Pan: cookie sheet
Preheat oven at 325
Baking time  9-11 mins



Ingredients
1 box of brownie mix {I like Ghirardelli}
1 egg 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips


You want the brownie mix to have a cookie dough texture.I add the mini chips because I like a extra chocolate fudgy taste . Mix all ingredients together,{ I like to chill all my cookie dough.Because it spreads better. But you don’t have to} and drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-12 mins. Take out and cool.










Gooey Marshmallow fluff Chewy fudge brownies

I like my brownies chewy and double gooey. So, this recipe has two layers of marshmallow gooeyness .{ I don’t know if that is a word or not} This recipe is not hard at all, but I have to warn you that you are going to want to Lick everything and cut it and eat it as soon as it comes out of the oven. You can add some of your own topping like nuts. I put some caramel drizzle which I love.

Wish I can stick my finger in there and eat it.

Ingredients

Brownies
3 large eggs

1 1/4  cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of of salt
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of vanilla  extract
1 cup of butter
2  cups of sugar
1 1/cups of king arthur  flour
2 cups of dark  chocolate chips or finely chop dark chocolate
7 5/0 oz jar of Marshmallow fluff
1/4 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
caramel for drizzle {opt}

Preheat oven at 350       Pan size: 9 x 13
Crack 3 eggs in bowl, and beat them with cocoa,salt, baking powder , butter and  vanilla til it’s smooth.Add in flour until well blended.I n small saucepan on low, heat heavy cream and add chocolate until melted, set aside to mildly cool. Then add to mixture until smooth. Pour batter in Lightly oiled pan.Lightly drop 5 tablespoons of marshmallow fluff and bake for 25 mins. Then take out and place the rest of the fluff on top, stick back in for another 6 mins. Take out place a few chocolate chips or nuts. {whatever you like} Drizzle with some caramel and let cool.
