Cookie Friday: Deep-Dish Oreo chocolate creme 

Stuffed Chocolate

Chip Cookies

PREP TIME: 15 mins

TOTAL TIME: 35 mins

BAKE TIME: 18-20 mins


1 pkg. Oreo cookies

10 oz bag chocolate chips

3 1/2 cups flour

1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

3/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 sticks (1 cup) softened butter

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt



1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Cream butter and sugars together with a mixer until well combined.  Beat in eggs and vanilla.

2. In a greased 12- cavity whoopie pie pan. add  1½ tablespoons of the cookie dough to the bottom. Add a oreo into the middle and cover with another tablespoon of dough. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Do not over bake. Let cool for a few mins. before serving.

Golden Oreo Blondies

Golden Oreo Blondies 

Who’s in the mood for something soft , chewy and  gooey ! I love making these golden oreo blondies.  It”s a little bit of yummy gooey delight !

Pour batter in ramekins and sprinkle oreo’s on top
Bake time: 20 mins
Prep time: 12-15 mins
Pan :  Ramekins
makes : 5-10 blondies 


  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  • 1 cup of tightly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 package of golden oreos
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of butterscotch 

1 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 4 ounce

 ramekins. Whisk together the melted butter and

 sugar in a bowl.

2 Add the egg and vanilla extract and whisk.

3 Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and

 salt, mix it all together. 

4 Pour into ramekins and spread evenly.Sprinkle

crushed golden oreo’s on top of batter. Bake for 12-

19 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow

to cool before removing. {spoon around sides if it 

sticks} Drizzle butterscotch over blondies .

Oreo Whoppie pies

Hey guys, sorry I’ve been pretty busy the last couple of days. Please forgive me. But I’m back, with this double stuffed, overloaded, Oreo whoopie pies. This is a AHH ! I have go back to school treat. 
That’s how is in my house. You will find yourself snacking these babbies too. Filling is very easy to make, 2 boxes of oreo pudding mix, marshmallow cream, butter and cool whip. So Yummy !
Makes about 10-12 cakes
Prep. time 20-30 mins
Bake; 11-13 mins

Add two scoops
Some little bodies  ate the filling 


2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder

1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup well-shaken buttermilk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter {softened}

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 large egg

1 1/2 cup of finely crushed double stuffed Oreo’s

2 box of Oreo pudding
1 1/2 cup of marshmallow cream
1/2 cup of butter {unsalted & softened}
1 teaspoon of vanilla
4 tablespoons of cool whip


1 .Preheat oven at 350

2.Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a bowl until combined. Stir together buttermilk and vanilla in a small bowl.

3.Beat together butter and brown sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer at medium-high speed until pale and fluffy, about 3 minutes in a standing mixer or 5 minutes with a handheld, then add egg, beating until combined well. Reduce speed to low and alternately mix in flour mixture and buttermilk in batches, beginning and ending with flour, scraping down side of bowl occasionally, and mixing until smooth. Add in finely crushed oreo’s on low speed, and scrape down bowl again.
4.If you don’t have a whoopie pan,Spoon 1/4-cup mounds of batter about 2 inches apart onto 2 buttered large baking sheets. Bake in upper and lower thirds of oven, switching position of sheets halfway through baking, until tops are puffed and cakes spring back when touched, 11 to 13 minutes. Transfer with a metal spatula to a rack to cool completely.

5.Make filling:Beat together butter, confectioners sugar, marshmallow,pudding mix, cool whip and vanilla in a bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth, about 3 minutes.

6. Assemble pies:
Spread a rounded tablespoon filling on flat sides of half of cakes and top with remaining cakes.

Cookie friday: Oreo cheesecake pudding cookies
I love these cookies and kids love making them and eating it.. They are super moist and delicious, it’s like two cookies in one. A sugar cookie mix with an Oreo . Oreo’s make everything great. Enjoy my dessert foodies and have a great weekend !

Preheat oven 375
Prep time 2- 1/2 hr.
Makes about 25-30 cookies

1 package of sugar cookie mix
1/2 of cheesecake pudding
1 box of Oreo pudding
2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 tablespoon of flour
1 package of Oreo crushed

1. In a large bowl, place sugar cookie mix, add straight from the box both puddings. And follow directions from cookie mix and blend .

2.Add in vanilla extract {add in 3 or tablespoons of  flour if dough is to sticky.} Then add  a 1/2-1 cup of crushed oreos and chill batter for 2 hours.

3 Lightly spray cookie sheet with pam spray and preheat oven at 375. Roll dough into balls and place on cookie sheet leaving enough space between balls.

4.Take remainig crushed Oreos and sprinkle a few on top of each ball, once crumbs are on all the dough balls flatten
balls with the palm of your hand or the bottom of a glass cup.{lightly dust palm of hand or glass cup if it sticks}
  And bake for 8-12 mins. DO NOT OVER BAKE.

5.Take out and cool. And serve when ready .

Oreo Brownie bombs

Day 4 of Oreo week 

Oreo brownie bombs !!!!
I think that’s all that needs to be said. 

Prep time 25. mins
Bake time 20-25 mins
make about 6-9 ramekins


3 large eggs

1 1/4  cocoa powder

1 teaspoon of of salt

1 teaspoon of baking powder

1 tablespoon of vanilla  extract

1 cup of butter

2  cups of sugar

1 1/cups of king Arthur  flour

2 cups of dark  chocolate chips or finely chop dark chocolate

1/4 cup of heavy cream

12-15 Crushed Oreos {chocolate and golden}

1.Crush oreos and set aside. Preheat oven at 350. Crack 3  

 eggs in bowl, and beat them with cocoa, salt, baking  

powder,butter and vanilla til it’s smooth.

Add in flour until well blended. In small saucepan on 

low, heat heavy cream and add chocolate until melted, set 

aside to mildly cool.Then add to mixture until smooth.

2..Pour batter in Lightly oiled ramekins and sprinkle oreo’s

over batter and bake for 12-15 mins. 

3.Then take out and cool for a few mins. Drizzle chocolate  

syrup over it. And serve while it’s still warm.

Oreo Cheesecake milk shake

I’m in new york city and it’s extremely hot today ! So, today’s post is something that will cool you off.
Oreo ‘cheesecake milk shake thick and creamy ! AHHH…… so good. Low-fat ice cream and milk.
With  neufchatel cream cheese. Quick, easy and delicious !
Enjoy !


12-15 Oreo cookies 
2 cups of low-fat milk
2 cups of low-fat ice cream
4 oz. {1/2 of 8-oz. package} neufchatel cheese, cubed, softened
1 tsp of vanilla extract


1 Chop 4 Oreo finely and set aside.
2.Take remaining cookies and place in blender. Then add milk, ice cream, cream cheese and vanilla and blend until smooth.
3.Pour into each glass and top with chopped cookies . Serve immediately.

Oreo "Cookies & Cream" Doughnuts

It”s Oreo week here and I so excited.Since I’m a serious Oreo addict, I decided to dedicate a whole week . I can’t keep oreo’s in my house there are usually gone within an hour or two. And nobody wants to admit that they ate a whole row. I hope you will enjoy my recipes this week.


Doughnut batter

  • 1 cup  Unbleached Pastry flour or Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons buttermilk  
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water

Oreo frosting

1 container of vanilla frosting
12 crushed Oreo cookies

1) Whisk together all of the dry ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
2) In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, oil and water  until foamy.
3) Pour the liquid ingredients all at once into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
4) Butter or grease the doughnut pan; non-stick pan spray works . Fill each doughnut form half full. You can also pipe it into pan.
5) Bake the doughnuts in a preheated 375°F oven for 10 to 12 minutes. When done, they’ll spring back when touched lightly, and will be quite brown on the top.
6) Remove the doughnuts from the oven, remove them from the pan, and allow them to cool on rack.
7.Spoon frosting in microwaveable  bowl and heat for 8-10 seconds and take out and set aside.
8. Crush oreos so that until you see chunks. You don’t want fine crumbs, you want chunks.
 9.Spoon frosting on top of each doughnut, then lightly pack Oreo chunks over each doughnut. Serve when ready.

Oreo whip fluff

Today I’m doing a very kid friendly treat. My nephew found this recipe,  and a made for a kids sleepover party. They absolutely love it. Very easy and quick. A delicious treat in four steps.

2 packages of mini Oreo’s 
half a box of vanilla pudding
1- 8 oz. of cool whip
1 1/2 cup of vanilla cool whip frosting
1 cup of marshmallow fluff
1/2 cup of milk

1. In a large bowl, combine pudding and milk and blend together.
with a hand mixer on low speed, drop in cool whip, cool whip frosting and marshmallow fluff.

2.Take one package of Oreo’s and chop them. Take the other one and crush them.

 3.Once everything is combine add in chopped Oreo’s. 

4.Place in serving dish sprinkle crushed Oreo’s on top and chill until serving 45-60 mins.

Chocolate Oreo bundt cake with marshmallow fluff frosting

Sunday night dessert: Chocolate Oreo bundt cake

It’s a rainy day here in New york city, the city is upset about the knicks losting last night. Yep, again the pacers kick our butts. It really sucks, we can’t make it out of the second round. So, i’m going to eat my delicious oreo bundt cake to make me feel better. Oreo’s always make me feel better. It has the best gooey marshmallow frosting.{by the this is the easier marshmallow frosting ever !}It reminds me of my childhood. Dunking oreo’s in a delicious glass of milk. Mmmmm….. so good. 

Pan: bundt 
Preheat oven: 350
Prep. Time: 30 mins
Bake: 25-35 mins

Oreo cake

2 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of Hershey cocoa
1 cup of boiling water
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup of flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/2 cup of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of salt
 Oreo crushed 1 or 2 packages

Marshmallow fluff frosting
16 oz. of marshmallow fluff
1 cup of butter
1 cup of powdered sugar
teaspoon of vanilla extract

1.Preheat oven at 350
2.Crush 1- 2 packages of oreos. You want chunks not crumbs. and set aside.{Save some for the frosting.}
3.In bowl, stir together sugar, flour, cocoa , baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla and blend with mixer on med speed for about 2 mins.
4. Stir in boiling water,  then add crushed oreos,  pour into bundt pan that is lightly greased. Bake for 25-35 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.
5.Beat butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. 
6.Mix in  marshmallow fluff and vanilla by hand. 
7.You can pipe it or pour it on bundt cake.  I pour mine in pic above. I put marshmallow frosting in microwave safe bowl, and heated it for 15-20 seconds to make it easier to pour or spread. Don’t not over heat.
8.Take crushed oreo’s and sprinkle on top and serve when ready.
