Skinny cherry chocolate chip brownie batter dip

Truwhip-Skinny Chocolate cherry brownie batter dip
 


 Two easy steps for a  easy skinny chocolate treat. This delicious dip is ready in less then 10 minutes. 5 simple  ingredients, that you probably already have in your kitchen, 2 easy steps. I added cherry coke to give it a hint of cherry flavor. Low-fat yogurt, low-fat brownie mix and Truwhip.


This yummy wasit-slimming dip has Truwhip. Truwhip is a natural frozen topping but with less fat or calories. Truwhip light has only 25 calories per serving and 30 calories for the original. And it’s only 2 grams of sugar per serving. This truly delicious dip goes with fresh fruit, This graham crackers and pretzels.

Ingredients 

2 cups of Truwhip {thawed}
2 cups of  light yogurt 
1 8 oz. of low fat brownie mix
1 Tablespoon of diet cherry coke soda
1/2 cup of mini-chocolate chips
Directions


1. Mix 2 cups of yogurt and 2 cups of Truwhip, in a large bowl with mixer.
2. Slowly mix in the brownie mix and diet soda, a little at a time.

That’s it ! Easy and Quick.

Skinny Jumbo Carrot muffins

 

 

 
Hello every I hope you had a great weekend. On the menu for today is my jumbo carrot muffins .Only 
200 calories . Yes, 200 calories ! Very easy to make and very easy on the waist. with a drizzle of icing on top.





Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes
Prep: 25 min.
Bake: 25 min

Ingredients

 

Carrot muffins


1 teaspoon baking powder
1- 1/2 cups of flour
3/4 cup of sugar
 

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

 

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 tablespoon of honey

1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce 

2 eggs separated
 1 cup of shredded carrots
 1/2 teaspoon salt
 

Icing 

2 cups of powdered sugar
1-3 tablespoons of half and half
1 dash of salt
1 teaspoon of orange extract 
 

Directions

1.Preheat oven 350. In a large bowl, combine the first

 
seven ingredients  In another bowl, beat egg yolks
 
 until light and lemon- colored. Beat in honey.
 
 
2. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Stir in carrots and applesauce. In a small bowl, 
 
beat egg whites on high speed until stiff peaks form;
 
 fold into batter a third  time.

3.Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds 
 
full. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a 
 
toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes 
 
before removing from pan to a wire rack.
  
 
4.Mix together sugar and cream, add extract and salt.
 
Whisk together and until smooth. Then drizzle of over jumbo
 
 muffin.

Skinny dark chocolate mousse



If you are looking for a waist-line friendly mousse, look no further. In 3 steps you can make this ultra fab treat. With 5 ingredients that you probably have in the kitchen right now.
I used greek yogurt for a little extra flavor and to add a little thickness to it. 

Prep. 15 mins.
overall time 15 mins.
5-6 servings Depending on serving dish

Ingredients


1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips

1 1/2 cup of chocolate cool whip {thawed}

1 1/2 cup of skim milk

1 box of instant chocolate fudge pudding

3 tablespoon of fat-free greek honey vanilla yogurt


Directions

1. In  small saucepan, combine 1/4 cup of the milk and the

 chocolate chips. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly,

 until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well

 blended.


2.In medium bowl, combine remaining 1 1/4 cups milk and


 pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk for 1 to 2 minutes or until

 mixture is well blended and thickened; stir in yogurt.



3.Blend melted chocolate into pudding mixture; fold in 


whipped topping. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Top

each serving with additional whipped topping and 

raspberries. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving

time. Store covered in refrigerator.

Skinny banana mousse


Today’s recipes is skinny banana mousse . Not only is it healthy but is very creamy and delicious !
A lot of recipes that are healthy, really don’t taste that good. So I really wanted this recipe to awesome. Hope you like it.






Ingredients 

2 tablespoons of low fat milk
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 med. banana cut in quarters
1 cup of banana flavor yogurt or plain yogurt low fat
8 1/4 inch banana slices



Directions

1.Place milk, sugar, vanilla, and banana in blender. Process for 15 seconds at high speed until smooth.
2.Pour mixture into small bowl and fold in yogurt. Chill.
3.Spoon into 4 dessert dishes and garnish each with 2 banana slices just before serving.

Skinny pink strawberry lemonade spritzer



Hey foodie friends, today i’m starting something new, Thirsty Tuesday’s. I hope you will join me every week for two delightful drinks every tuesday. 









Ingredients
1 bottle of seltzer water
6-7 cups of cold water
1 qt. of crystal light pink lemonade drink mix
1 cup of frozen strawberry



Directions

1.Add water to drink mix in plastic or glass pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved. Pour half into blender. Add half the berries; blend until smooth.
2.Pour over ice in glasses. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
3.Serve immediately.

 I chopped 6-10 strawberries and sprinkle in each each glass for a little extra flavor and garnish .

Skinny chick’s chocolate chip ice cream

This is a light treat for all us women, who wait til the 

last minute and try to drop a few pound before bikini

season. {Like me} Four ingredients and a ice cream

 maker that’s it. Drizzle a little low fat -low sugar

 chocolate syrup.






Ingredients


  • 4 cups fat-free half-and-half
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chunks or chips


  1. 1.In a large bowl, beat half-and-half and pudding mix on low speed.
  2. 2.Beat in the condensed milk.
  3. 3.Fill cylinder of ice cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
  4. 4.Coarsely chop chocolate chunks if desired; stir into ice cream.
  5. 5.Transfer to freezer containers. Freeze for 2-4 hours before serving.
