Chewy brownie cookies

Cookie Friday:Brownie cookies
Easy and delicious brownie cookies. A great friday night treat if you’re watching movies with the family.
Or, if you just had a hard week and just want to relax by yourself with a couple of  drinks.
Have a great weekend !

Makes about 20 cookies
Pan: cookie sheet
Preheat oven at 325
Baking time  9-11 mins

Ingredients
1 box of brownie mix {I like Ghirardelli}
1 egg 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips

You want the brownie mix to have a cookie dough texture.I add the mini chips because I like a extra chocolate fudgy taste . Mix all ingredients together,{ I like to chill all my cookie dough.Because it spreads better. But you don’t have to} and drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-12 mins. Take out and cool.
